Bharatiya Adhyatmika Sammilan by Ramakrishna Ashrama, Mysore on 20-23 April 2012

The Mysore Ashrama organized a spiritual congregation—Bharatiya Adhyathmika Sammilana from April 20 to April 23, 2012. The main purpose of the meeting was to identify and deliberate on the main challenges facing India and how to transmit our spiritual wealth to the masses for their secular and spiritual welfare, as conceived by Swami Vivekananda. Around 3000 people participated in the functions over the three days. There were around 230 monks from different organizations, 40 guest speakers, narayana seva was arranged for around 600 slum dwellers. There was a film ‘Vivekananda by Vivekananda’ which was also released.
