The Ramakrishna Ashrama organized the 150th Birth Anniversary of Swami Vivekananda in Kathmandu on 12th January 2013 in a grand way at Agrawal Bhavan, Kamol Pokhari, Kathmandu which was graced by the Hon President of Nepal as Chief Guest, the Ambassador of India as Guest of Honour and other 500 eminent citizens of Kathmandu City. Apart from speeches on Swamiji’s contribution to the present world a cultural programme also organized where many prominent singers of Kathmandu city sang songs on Swamiji, a drama and Bharat Natyam Dance were there.
