Exhibition on Swami Vivekananda at Ramakrishna Mission, New Dellhi

A permanent exhibition on Swami Vivekananda comprising of state of the art computerized and interactive exhibits was set up in collaboration with the National Council of Science Museums. It is called Swami Vivekananda – A Prophet of Harmony. The new exhibition is housed in the basement of the main temple. It was inaugurated by His Holiness the Dalai Lama on 11th September 2012.

The exhibition contains aesthetically designed Graphic Panels, Dioramas, Interactive Computerised Displays, Multi-Touch Screens and two bronze statues of Swami Vivekananda . The entire life and teachings of Swamiji have been captured and presented with the best technological tools available.

Special emphasis has been given to Swamiji’s teachings, the influence of Sri Ramakrishna and the Holy Mother on Swamiji, the philosophy of service which drives the Ramakrishna Mission and above all the Message of Harmony which Swamiji preached.
